Made this tonight for my guests. I will definetly be keeping this inmy recipe box! It's a little work, but totally worth it! Guests said ittasted like som ething you'd eat a restaurant! I'm not a huge fanof cake, and I thought it was delicious!!I didn't use the frosting/filling though. I used the "GlossyChocolate Frosting Re cipe" (Taste of Hom e, Light & Tasty) as thefilling and icing instead. It was fabulous on this cake!

I dustedthe top with unsweetened cocoa it added a nice look & enhancedthe ganache taste on top of this truffle cake.
