ACID Washing systemDuring electrolysis, calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide will deposit on the cathode, a process commonly referred to as “scaling” It is universal phenomenon with all electro-chlorinators. ACID washing system is easy remove by flushing the 5 % diluted hydrochloric acid. ACID washing system is possible for periodic operation by user, the process takes approx. 1 hour.

Hypo Storage Tank & Hydrogen de-gassing BlowerHydrogen is always generated during electro-chlorination and is directly proportional the amount of generated chlorine.Hydrogen is the safely diluted and removed with blower air from blower fan.There are usually 2 blower fans, a duty and stand-by fan.

Purpose of Chlorination PackageWhere seawater is used for cooling purposes, sodium hypochlorite is an economical and safe method to produce this powerful biocide and disinfecting agent in offshore and marine applications.For offshore applications, Electro-Chlorination Package (anti-fouling systems) are built as complete skid-mounted units with each component stringently tested prior to assembly, ready for immediate shipment, installation and commissioning.
