The contractor must deliver the original certificate of guarantee of the manufacturer,

whose term must be equal or bigger than 18 months, from the definitive receipt of the

supply and service.

7. Delivery time.

With a maximum of 24 months, counted from the day of the notification to the

beneficiary of the letter of credit. In the same term the contractor has 20 days calendar

for every field of switches, from the notification in writing of the from date of the works
