As an important part of “2014 China (Shenzhen) International Investment and Trade Fair”, 2014 CHINA (SHENZHEN) INTERNATIONAL FRUIT&VEGETABLE FAIR (IFVF) is the first theme fair hosted by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Shenzhen Council, focusing on “international fruit and vegetable”. Under the big background of “2014 China (Shenzhen) International Investment and Trade Fair” and other concurrent fairs and exhibitions, IFVF, aiming at organizations in fruit and vegetable industry who intends to do business in China, especially in Shenzhen, would become a vital platform for international economic & trade exchange and cooperation of Shenzhen municipality.

Based in Shenzhen, window of China’s reform and opening up, and supported by the strong demand in China’s market, IFVF is committed to be the top-level fair in the field of fruit and vegetable worldwide. Because of the advanced air, land and water transportation and logistics network, Shenzhen owns lots of advantages in human and logistics resources. The supply chain of import & export of fruit and vegetable can be radiated to Pearl River Delta, South China and even the whole country.

International famous fruit and vegetable growers, traders, processing technology research institutions, processing companies, processing machine manufacturers, intermediaries, logistics and packaging enterprises, coming from over 20 countries and regions, such as the United States, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Mexico, Chili, Brazil, Australia, Philippin, will be invited to participate in IFVF, bringing in 60 varieties of fruit and vegetables. Furthermore, about 70 varieties of fruit and vegetables from Taiwan, Shandong, Xinjiang, Hainan, Fujian, Guangxi provinces are to be exhibited.

Famous supermarkets such as Walmart, Carrefour, Tesco, Metro, Lotus, PARKnSHOP, Vanguard and professional investment organizations are also on the invitation list. Other big events held concurrently are 2014 China (Shenzhen) Import/Export Food and Beverage Exhibition and South of the Five Ridges (Canton) Litchi Festival etc.

❍ South of the Five Ridges (Canton)Litchi Festival

South of the Five Ridges (Canton)Litchi Festival will be held during the fair. In the festival, customers can taste and buy fresh Litchi and also visit and pick Litchi in the Litchi Park by themselves.

❍ International Fruit and Vegetable Procurement Meetings

A series of procurement meetings will be held to provide a

communication platform for international dealers and buyers.
