China-Belarus industrial park project history

The China-Belarus industrial is based on the model of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park

18.09.2011 - an intergovernmental agreement on the establishment of the industrial park was signed

05.06.2012 - the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On China-Belarus Industrial Park” was signed

16.08.2012 The Government of Belarus created the Industrial Park Administration

27.08.2012 - China-Belarus Joint Stock Company Industrial Park Development Company was established

30.08.2014 - the Special Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus on "The activities of the China-Belarus industrial Great Stone" was signed

“One Stop” ServiceAccording to the principle of “One Stop” service the system of end-to-end servicing is created on the territory of the Park for all residents and on all issues

The Park administration independently and quickly solves the following matters:

Tax Privileges Preferential taxation by formula «10+10»: exemption from all corporate taxes for 10 years from the date of registration as a Park resident and reduction of the effective tax rate by 50% for the next 10 years of activity in the Park

Park residents exempted from customs duties and VAT on goods imported to Belarus for the use in investment projects implementation in the Park

When new taxes and fees are established on the territory of the Republic, payment obligations do not refer to the Park residents

Infrastructure Construction

The construction of external infrastructure has been completed (gas, communications, electricity)

In March 2015 China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. started activities on engineering and transport infrastructure installation

In October 2016 the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure of the starting zone will be fully completed

Other Benefits Investors receive accomplished transport and engineering infrastructure for implementing their

production and can already carry out the design and construction of administrative and production facilities of the Park

Investors can receive land plots for use (lease) on the territory of the Park for the period of up to 99 years or purchase the land plots
