• A comprehensive research institute directly under MOST

• President：Mr. Wan Gang, Minister of the MOST and Vice-Chairman of National

Committee of the CPPCC; Executive Vice President: Wang Yuan

• Research Strength: national S & T development strategies, policies, mechanism,

management, foresight, assessment, and playing the role of S & T in facilitating social

and economic development

• Founded in 1993，one of the leading think tanks in China

• Carry out research to facilitate decision making of Chinese government, Hi-tech parks

• Research specialty: STI policy research, S&T park planning, start-up management,
