PURPOSE OF THE POLICY: To oversee the safety of food produced, manufactured and sold within the country in order to safeguard the protection of people’s health and consumer’s rights, as well as strengthening the competitive development of the country’s export food industry, through a modern, integrated, efficient and transparent national food safety system.

processes controlling imports and exports
