• Government/DCSF programme commenced in 2003 to refurbish or renew all Secondary Schools in England over a 15 year period
• All Authority’s invited to submit Expression of interest
• Prioritisation based upon

• Deprivation – eligibility for FSM’s

• 4 new build High Schools: Baxter, King Charles I, Stourport & Wolverley
• 1 partial new build High School: Bewdley
• 1 new build Special School
• 1 KS3/4 Pupil Referral Unit
• 3 co-located new build Primary Schools (LA funded)
