Box Sync Inc. is developing a new kind of social communications platform that enables people who are separated by time, distance or circumstances to build close, personal relationships, even in the absence of direct contact. Through secure, curated and shared “BoxS”, the thoughts, feelings and memories of estranged family members, separated friends or an individual's descendants can be saved, shared and protected forever.

The company is able to achieve these goals through the creation of a proprietary online system that integrates the main products known as TreasureBoxS©, LegacyBoxS©, MemorialBoxS© and GroupBoxS©.

TreasureBoxS© consists of a specific and easy to use set of tools designed to improve relationships that have been affected by separation. This can be due to divorce, loss, foster care, job relocation and many other scenarios. Sadly, this need exceeds 33 million families in North America alone.

TreasureBoxS© facilitates hope within all these groups that often are affected by circumstances out of their control. It empowers both the parent and child to identify and capture moments and feelings they wish to share in order to build the relationship in a safe and secure environment. The BoxS evolve with the users and assists in identifying needs while bridging bonds that have been affected by time and distance. The experience promotes understanding and enables the healing process within both, the relationship and the individual.

With time, the TreasureBox system can become a very effective and meaningful co-parenting tool that adds depth and understanding to a child's perspective of their relationships, that in turn, can effect many generations to come via their children and grandchildren.

To compliment this undertaking, the Company also created Legacy BoxS© Group BoxS© and Memorial BoxS©. USE CASE STUDY

Non Terminal ChildSammy feel ill at the age of 7. It was determined by Sammy’s doctors that her illness needed immediate attention, and the steps necessary to get Sammy the help she needed was initiatedThrough the next couple of weeks, Sammy’s Parents, working with professionals, searched for the words to explain to their daughter her circumstance, their options and what treatment would mean for

Sammy in her future. With the encouragement of Family and piers, Sammy began her medical treatments that would last for several weeks.

Soon after her diagnosis Sammy was given a Legacy Box to help her to record her feelings and experiences. With her Legacy Box, Sammy was also given a Treasure Box and a Group Box. Sammy wrote journal entries into her Legacy Box about her daily experiences, the kind doctors and nurses she encountered, the visits from family and friends. She included photos of her brightly decorated room and her new friends staying at the hospital.

Sammy chose to create her Treasure Box as a gift, for her parents. After a short time, Sammy’s Treasure Box was filled with her most personal thoughts, feelings and messages of insightfulness that seemed beyond her years.

Sammy’s Group Box allowed her to communicate with her friends and family while away at the hospital. She ads the pictures and messages of support from her Group box to her Legacy box, as they help to uplift her and tell her story. Sammy’s family and friends are able to upload photos, scan drawings and write messages of encouragement, helping her to stay up beat with the knowledge that she is loved and not alone.

Terminal Child

Sammy feel ill at the age of 7. It was determined by Sammy’s doctors that her illness was terminal and would leave Sammy with only a short time to live. The news was devastating to Sammy, her family, Friends and her community.

Sadly, nine months after her original diagnosis, Sammy passes away and leaves us to return to her creator.

Sammy’s surviving family members create a Memorial Box in honor of Sammy and upload portions of her Legacy box that represent Sammy and are appropriate for her friends and the public. Sammy’s Memorial Box quickly begins filling with letters of compassion, pictures of Sammy with her school mates and posts filled with fun memories and encouragement.

Through pictures, videos, her written stories and her personal journal entries, Sammy’s legacy will be safe, secure and available for us all to visit and celebrate, Helping to bring comfort and understanding to us all.

Every user on Box Sync, Inc. sites, including Affiliate Channel will be required to create a free Member Page in order to interact in any way. This allows us to track our users, their associations, comments, etc., helping to ensure the integrity and safety of all our members.

Admin assigned users (Affiliate) will have full control over all aspects of the Member Page, Legacy, Treasure, Group and Memorial BoxS they are assigned to. The Member page can be set to visible or not-visible, thereby making the Member Page searchable by other users or not detected. In the case of “not detected” Member will not have the ability to receive invites but may send Friend Requests.

Legacy BoxS is an online resource for people to create a visual and written representation of themselves that will live on forever. Unlike online memorials, which are created after someone passes, Legacy BoxS are for people to record their own life stories through favorite pictures, journal entries and much more. Over thousands of years, generations have passed

down stories and mementos to their children, but in this culture that is inundated with technology, we have yet to establish a tool to collect them digitally for this purpose.

The sharing of one’s thoughts, connecting and communicating with family, friends and others who shared in the life of the deceased, help to assist individuals in recovering from the difficult loss of a loved one.
