Currently the middle class is growing very rapidly.

The spending power of the people is increasing.

The education in India in terms of number isincreasing. Today, more and more people are educatedcompared to 20 years back. That is what makes theconsumer advance and quality conscious.

But at the same time there has been subsequent backwave in Mother and children care clothing's like Gini &Jony shelved its IPO or Lilliput shutting downinternational operations. Etc
