Ways of working

• Most (8) happy for the group to meet 3 times a year (with 4 prefer 2x and 5 prefer 4x). Most thought subgroups were useful with a focus on short life working groups on new issues (11).

• Most (13) preferred suggestion for an annual work plan on priority topics for more in-depth consideration with some preference (4) for suggestion of covering priority topics at each meeting.

• View were split: either new issues should be submitted in preparation for meetings (6) or having a dedicated annual planning session to horizon scan on emerging new issues (6).

• Most (14) thought evidence could be contributed to group discussion though focused work relevant to priority issues.

Emerging Issues

• Group membership : wide range of interests• Group purpose : working well providing advice

and identifying issues, not working as well supporting wider service delivery and communication with external stakeholders?

• Group Priorities: which issues are priority for the CYPHSG? What action should CYPHSG take?

• Group ways of working: how address new issues?
