AND JESUS TOLD THEM, “Do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.” “Who of you can add a sin-gle hour to his life?” (Luke 12:22-34). Do you worry about your finances? If you do, you are in good company for most all of us fret over our financial condition. Some have learned the secret to eliminating financial anxiety—put God first in your monthly giving and bill-paying. After all, it is God’s in the first place and He only asks 10% to support the ministry and a generous (but happily will-ing) offering to support the local church and conference. Remem-ber the Local Church Budget as though it was your personal house-hold expense.

NEED PRAYER? God invites, “Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3). Fill out a prayer request card (located in the pew rack) and place it in offering or the Prayer Request Box in the foyer. Please mark if your request can be shared with the church family or if you wish it to be kept private. The Prayer Team will be praying for your requests.

YOU ARE INVITED to join us in the Rivergate gym on November 9 at 10:00 a.m. for our annual Veterans Day Program. Our guest speaker this year in Dr. Terry Johnsson.
