CHICKEN FOR CHARITY Our newest and easiest way to earn money for your organization, the Spirit Night program allows you to invite your supporters to dine at Fatz on a specific date. Choose your date, (Monday-Thursday) and up to 20% of sales brought in by your organization between 6pm and 8pm will be donated back to the organization. Fatz will: • Create and supply a promotional flyer that will be distributed to all members your organization. • Follow up with your event organizer the next day to provide details of the event: # of flyers turned in, $ of sales associated with those flyers, % earned. • Provide a check to your organization within 14 days after the event for the total amount of funds raised. Organization will: • Promote your event through any means available to your organization – website, facebook page, members’ newsletter/email, etc. • Print and provide flyers to your members as additional promotion of the event. Remind members that they must bring the flyers to the restaurant in order for their purchase to qualify for the fundraiser. Organization will not be allowed to distribute flyers onsite on the day of the event. Our Chicken for Charity fundraiser can be served at lunch or dinner at the location of your choice. Treat your supporters to a pancake breakfast at our place or at yours. Fatz will: • Prepare and set up a pancake breakfast consisting of pancakes, sausage and fruit. • Create and supply a promotional flyer and ticket PDF for your event. Organization will: • Choose to host the event at the restaurant (based on availability) or at another location that you secure. • Promote and sell tickets to the event. A minimum of 100 tickets must be sold in order to host the event. • Provide volunteers to work the event. Volunteers will greet guests at the door, serve food and beverages and clear tables as needed. • Earn a portion of each ticket sold to the event for your cause. Fatz will: •Prepare and set up a Calabash Chicken buffet consisting of Calabash Chicken, red-skinned mashed potatoes, Poppy Seed Rolls, and cookies for dessert. Plus, our Famous Sweet Tea (or unsweetened, if you must) to wash it all down. All paper products will also be included. • Create and supply a promotional flyer and ticket PDF for your event. Organization will: • Choose and secure the location at which to host the event. • Promote and sell tickets to the event. A minimum of 75 tickets must be sold in order to host the event. • Provide volunteers to work the event. Volunteers will assist with serving food from the buffet, keep drinks full and clear tables as needed. • Earn a portion of each ticket sold to the event for your cause.
