Join us on September 3, 2011 with the celebration of two great causes, Vision‟s Backpack Benefit & Discover Your Umbrella‟s Early College Preparatory Program. As we gear off for the fall 2011 school year. Your contribution could greatly assist hundreds of Houston and surrounding K-12 school districts that are experiencing education budget cuts. These concerns are echoed by HISD‟s Superintendent Terry Grier„s sentiment from chron.com (Houston Chronicle) that our local schools are not prepared for the diminishing educational slashes. As advocates for education it‟s our desire to alleviate the financial burden this may cause by collaborating for a cause, “Chic In The City The Soiree Event”, was designed to assist educational conduits in our community. We‟ll be presenting some awesome brands to our expected 200-250 guest who will arrive at the modern and chicest digs at The Alden Hotel located @ 1117 Prairie Street Houston, TX 77002 on September 3, 2011 10.00A.-2.30 to help us support this cause.
