• Minimum opening order is $150 usd. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

• Method of payment: credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex), company check or paypal.

• All Foreign Orders must be prepaid. We recommend using credit cards for easy payment. You can also pay by bank transfer. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with details on making a wire transfer to our account.

• Orders will be shipped within 3-14 working days unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUSALS

• All sales are final. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• All damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.

• If shipments are returned to chewing the cud unclaimed or refused, you will be billed for costs incurred.

SHIPPING

• All orders will be shipped via UPS whenever possible. Local accounts may make arrangements to pick up orders; no shipping charges apply. All packages are sent insured. chewing the cud is not responsible or liable for damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim.

• International orders: chewing the cud cannot be responsible for your Customs officers limiting access to our products. Import taxes may apply—please consult your country’s regulations.
