“In a consumer culture people no longer consume merely for functional satisfaction, but consumption becomes meaning-based, and brands are often used as symbolic resources for

the construction and maintenance of identity.”– Eliot & Davies

The world’s first variety of Boursin was created in 1957 in Normandy by Francois Boursin, who was born in the french countryside.

Inspired by a long-standing traditional dish, fromage frais (fresh cheese), in which guests mixed their own seasoned cheese from a bowl of fine herbs, the expert cheese maker introduced Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs. His recipe quickly became the first flavored fresh cheese to be sold throughout France. Today, discerning fans in over 35 countries across five continents enjoy the taste of Boursin Cheese.Boursin Garlic Herbs Cheese was the first cheese created by Francois Boursin, is authentic all natural Gournay cheese. Selection of the cheese from the different regions

of the France

One of the most important things to understand about French cheese is the con-

cept of territory. Some de-fine it is as “the taste of place” because the combina-

tion of soil, climate and cheese making traditions influence the taste and

character of the cheeses.

Page 7: chevresse cheese

HistorYGoats have played a role in food culture since time immemorial with ancient cave paintings showing

the hunting of goats. They are also one of the oldest domesticated animals since the herding of goats is thought to have evolved about 10,000 years ago in the mountains of Iran.

Goat milk and the cheese made from it were revered in ancient Egypt with some pharaohs suppos-edly having these foods placed among the other treasures in their burial chambers. Goat milk was

also widely consumed by the ancient Greeks and Romans.

ConTaIns PRobIoTICsGoat cheeses contain moderate levels of probiotics, the “good” bacteria that aid gastrointestinal health in the human body.

Goats’ milk was found to help with the dIGEsTIvE and mETabolIC utiliza-tion of minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.

Goat’s milk and goats milk cheese are great sources of a number of important nuTRIEnTs and vITamIns: the amino acid tryptophan phosphorus; riboflavin or vitamin b2

The development of the modern city, surrounded by super technology, ma-chines and new and new innovations depart from us, from the nature, fresh air and pure natural and healthy products. Many of the the citizens can’t af-ford to spend enough time to go to the countryside to Grandma where their family bought fresh products many years before. Old connections between the city and artisan production are broken...

Great idea Bourzin heads of the company try begin to introduce home-made cheese, fresh milk - to help small producers supply their products to stores.Basic accent is supposed to make organic goat’s cheese, as it is incred-ibly good for your health. For several months, managers and analysts collect data and made the rounds of farmers, cheese tasting and chemical analysis. From the organic perspective, goat milk is a good option. Be-cause most dairy goat farms are small, the farmers employ more natural methods of raising their animals. The goats are allowed to be free-range, and since they are smaller than cows there is plenty of pasture available to graze. When the goats are allowed to roam and eat lots of grass, they are very healthy and there is no need to use antibiotics. Most farmers will not use hormones such as recombinant bovine growth hormone.

As a result, were selected by the best manufacturers and the most deli-cious cheeses, to deliver them to urban supermarkets and restaurants.

Organic Goat;s cheese is a great source of nutrition rich in calcium, protein,

vitamin A, vitamin K,phosphorus, niacin and

thiamin. It is also rich in zinc, selenium and casein.

Goats cheese is easier todigest as it has a lower

lever of lactose than cows milk. Goats cheese enhances the nutritional use of iron

and the regeneration of hemoglobin and can improve recovery of those with iron

kiosks, and telephone booth advertising. this form of outdoor advertising is mainly seen in urban centers. Ad-

ditionally, this form of advertising provides benefits to communities, as street furniture companies are often

responsible for building and maintaining the shelters people use while waiting for the bus.

Some of these formats have a higher percentage of na-tional ads than traditionalbillboards
