Terms & conDiTionsFor bookings of 3 months plus

• Full Tenancy Agreement (corporate or individual) to be completed, signed and witnessed by both parties

• 13 weeks rent (3 months) to be paid in advance. • Deposit to be paid to the value equal to 4 weeks rent. refundable with interest at the end

of stay.• Dilapidations to be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client.

Preferred method of payment is by BAcs (bank transfer), cHAPs (same-day bank transfer) or cheque

Extensions

An option to extend can be placed on all bookings with 2 weeks prior notice in writing of the client’s requirement to extend.

Cancellation policy

• 28 or more days notice prior to arrival - deposit fully refunded • 14-28 days notice prior to arrival - deposit non refundable • 7 days notice prior to arrival - deposit non refundable and 50% of the rent retained
