Exclusive luxury in the heart of St. Moritz

The top floor consists of a large open-plan living and dining space, with a professionally equipped kitchen and a bar. The kitchen can be closed off from the living and diening area with large sliding doors for official event. The large wooden dining table offers space for up to 18 guests.The lavish living area provides sheer endless space on many comfortable sofas to lounge, play board games, enjoy movies on a large flatscreen tv or discover the complete „Taschen Special Edition“ collection set on an impressive floor to ceiling bookshelf.

The villa’s five floors are connected by stairs as well as an elevator. There are 4 large master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with tubs and showers, as well as lounger sofas, walk-in wardrobes and personal safes. All four master bedrooms feature floor-to ceiling windows overlooking the lake and mountain scenery - the perfect view to wake up to in the morning. Adjoining the 2 master bedrooms on the second floor there is a children`s master bedroom including a double bed (or twin beds) with an en-suite bathroom, PS3, as well as a separate single bedroom for a nanny with an en-suite shower and tv.

Theluxurious private wellness area on the lower ground floor consists of a hot tub, steam room, sauna, temperature controlled massage room and a techno gym equipped fitness center.

The skiroom has boot and helmet heaters and plenty of space for skis and boards.There are two staff bedrooms, one single and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms.

LocationThis five-floor villa is clearly the most exclusive in the heart of St.Moritz. Although it feels secluded with breathtaking views over Lake St.Moritz and the sur-rounding mountains it is only 100 metres away from Badrutt`s Palace Hotel and the best shops, restauran-ts clubs and skislopes.The Corviglia ski area can easily be reached via the Chantarella funicular, only about 7 minutes walking distance from the Apartment. Public transport is in-cluded in the ski pass ticket and runs directly outside the property at the main street. Numerous high end boutiques, gourmet restaurants and nightlife spots are found only a stone’s throw away.
