Cheryl’s Journey into health & wellness started about 4 and half years ago when she had a near death experience. This started the journey into discovering the world of Alternative healing methods. Shortly after her near death experience Cheryl decided to work on getting her Reiki Levels and healing certification and is now a Fully certified Reiki Master & Teacher. She enjoys helping people achieve balance and peace in their life. With the Attunement of her Reiki Master level Cheryl discovered that she could now see peoples Aura’s and see whose loved ones or spirit guides were here to assist in her client’s journey in this lifetime.Shortly after growing and learning with these two new gifts. Cheryl decided to become a Fully Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in Past Life Regression & Age Regression Therapy. Her Passion is helping people heal childhood trauma and abuse and helping them to change, shift or heal any patterns or behaviors that are no longer working for them. Helping them to experience profound emotional freedom and empowerment. Going from Victim to Victor! and leading a strong emotionally empowering and energetic life.Cheryl is a strong Supporter of the Little Warriors program based out of Edmonton and their Be Brave Ranch. Her goal is to work along side these children and heal them before they become wounded adults. “ No one needs to carry around these scares of pain and trauma, there is hope and there is solution to every illness and problem you may be having.”
