Food 1 The Cherokee tribe had good food.

First, they had corn and it was fresh from a nice perfect corn field. Next, they had apples that were delicious. After that, there meat was from deer, fish ,bear, and turtle . Last, they ate berries.

Shelter 2 The Cherokee tribe had 2 types of

shelter. One was a summer house the other was a winter house. The summer house was made of wood. The winter house was made of clay and mud.

roles .The men protected the family. Also, women cooked the food and cleaned. In addition, the kids played . For example, they played tag and enjoyed playing a stickball game called Aaejodi witch is similar to lacrosse today.

Everything was made out of deerskin For example, boots, shirts, and leggings.

Transportation 7 The Cherokee tribe used a few of

transportation they got around by canoe, walking , and when the Americans came they used horses.

Crafts 8 The Cherokee made many crafts they

made jewelry . Among, these crafts and jewelry they made bowls, canoes, and silver necklaces. They also did pottery.

In there pottery they made bowls and masks.

Tools 9 The Cherokee used many tools and

weapons these tools included a hatchet a hatchet is a small ax to chop wood. Another is a knife a knife was used for hunting and eating. There also is a spear a spear was mainly used for hunting. The final weapon is a bow in arrow. A bow in arrow was used for hunting too.

Struggles 10 There were struggles in the tribe.

First, animals were hard to live with. Next, there was the trail of tears. After that, the U.S. came and took their homes and. they had other enemy tribes.
