2000 equilibria equilibria E 4000 16 - 021 The 773 K Isothermal Section of the Sm–Co–Si Ternary System. The 773 K section of the phase diagram of the title system consists of 30 three-phase regions. Seven ternary compounds are detected, the six known compounds SmCoSi, SmCoSi 2 , SmCoSi 3 , SmCo 0.4 Si 1.6 , SmCo 2 Si 2 , and SmCo 9 Si 2 , and the new compound SmCo 9 Si 4 .
