Nanorods of the title compounds are prepared from powders of the elements by solvothermal reaction in ethylene- diamine (stainless steel autoclave, 280 C, 48 h). The obtained nanorods are characterized by TEM and selected area electronic diffraction (SAED). The powder XRD patterns of the samples can be indexed in the tetragonal system.
