Results
The SynthMaster operates by extremely low stretch
and twist. Creases and rotation of the fabric are
avoided thanks to plaiting device and the rectangular
exit section of the plaiter arm.
Furthermore the SynthMaster works thanks to the
innovative dewatering and chamber design at lower
liquor ratio than any other horizontal or longtube JET
dyeing machine.
Customers have decided for SynthMaster due to the
ability to dye difficult PES, PA (not preheatsetted)
fabrics without any rope marks or edge curling.
