Ingredients
230 ml water
70 gram rice flour (sieved)
1 tablespoon wheat starch (in chinese is called tung mien fun)
1 tablespoon corn flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoon vegetable oil
spring onions
dried shrimps
sesame seed
Method
1) Add 230ml water into a bowl

2) Sieve in rice flour
3) Add wheat starch and corn starch, salt, oil andstir continuously until no lump
4) Brush tray with oil
5) Stir your flour mixture to prevent flour from settling belowwith ladle (leave aside for 1 hour rest)
6) Pour 1 ladle into your brush tray
7) Add in harmai (dried shrimp) and chung (slice spring onions)
Steam for 7 mins
9) Remove tray, use a cutter brushed with little bit of oil andfold your cheung fun. Slice into pieces. Garnish with sesameseed.

To make the sauce, all your need is to buy Lee Kum Kee (Hoisin sauce) and add little bit of hot water to mix.
Chili Sauce
Maggi garlic chili sauce
or
Teans gourmet Crispy Chilli prawn
Or make your own sauce
Ingredients
2 tsp of sugar
4 tsp of warm water
4 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
Tips: If you wanna make thinner chee cheong fun skin, usecheese cloth/muslin
Update: Dont use muslin cloth.. very hard to scrap it out
