    As the supervisor or manager of your work unit, you are indeed in the best position to leadthe team. As discussed earlier, team leadership means the sharing of certain recognitionsand rewards. Since, you share some of the autonomy and prestige of your position, you must

    truly believe that full participation from your group will result in better decisions and that youwill have the ability to lead your team to success.
