Check list for Daily projects:
Provide real-time support and coaching across both sales and service
Complete assigned tasks (team meetings, one-on-ones, any other tasks assigned)
Provide 1 minute manager/fish type leadership appropriate for the stage of agents’
development
Empower agents to perform by positive reinforcing successful behaviors through interaction and
recognition
Start Reporting/compile day specific reports
Check previous days adherence/needs
Walk and connect with each agent
Keep record of all coaching/trainings with agents
Implement Headwinds/Tailwinds-
1. Headwinds are events that provides difficulties going forward with sale
2. Tailwinds are events that provides assistance going forward with sale
Remote observations/coaching immediately/recognizing success & gaining commitment on one
area of opportunity to improve or implement before next meeting.
Coaching:
Recognized success/positive point
Committed improvement/opportunity
Redesign reporting to better show True Metrics.
