Overall a large portion of the competitive landscape is doted with stand-alone hotelsand guesthouses. Most global budget/mid-market brands have limited recall value

budget/economy segment with select service offerings and a
price positioning between Rs.3,000 and Rs.6,000.
The proposed hotels will ideally be located within 3 to 5
kilometer circular radius of high density demand areas such as
commercial hubs, business districts, special economic zones,
business parks, integrated mixed-use developments and nodal
transportation hubs.
The brand foot-print will encompass primary, secondary and
