CHATTEL MORTGAGE KNOW BY ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I, Susan Ford, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of House No. 142, 7th Street, Sun Valley, Talisay City, Cebu hereinafter known as the MORTGAGOR, and Aim Financial Corporation, a corporation due organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines with office of business at No. 41 FRC Bldg., Guadalupe, Cebu City, Cebu hereinafter known as the MORTGAGEE, witnesseth THAT: 1. The MORTGAGOR is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of Five Hundred Thousand (P500,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is acknowledged by the Mortgagor upon the signing of the instrument, payable within a period of Twenty Four (24) Months, with interest thereon at the rate of Four (4%) percent per month; 2. For, and consideration of, this indebtedness, and to assure the performance of said obligation to pay, the MORTGAGOR hereby conveys by way of CHATTEL MORTGAGE unto the MORTGAGEE, its assigns, the following personalty now in the possession of said Mortgagor: MODEL/MAKE : Toyota Fortuner 2013 COLOR : Black BODY : SUV PLATE NO. : YGX 123 3. The condition of this obligation is that should the Mortgagor perform the obligation to pay the hereinabove-cited indebtedness of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00), together with accrued interest thereon, this chattel mortgage shall at once become null and void and of no effect whatsoever, otherwise, it shall remain in full force and effect.
