If you or a loved one requires rehabilitation for an injury, illness, or elective surgery, turn to Chatsworth, where dedicated therapists are skilled at meeting the unique rehabilitation needs of adults age 62 and older. Guests enjoy continuity of care, from the first day of inpatient rehabilitation until they graduate from outpatient therapy.

to another location or familiarize yourself with an unknown process. The same care team will support your plan from your first day of rehabilitation until you graduate from therapy—cheering you along every step of the way.
