Everyone wants to eat healthy foods Think big but start small!
When the rubber hits the road, more are in the vehicle than
planned, and even more are running along with it, cheering you on
thats a good thing!

Working with the schools is always a tentative and temporary
situation Everybody needs to be on board, not just watching from
the shore

School schedules evolved from times when it was important to
avoid optimal times for garden work; conversely school schedules do
not lend themselves to involving students from planning to harvest
