The Annual CIH South West Conference is growing! new venue, new opportunities, same high standards

2015 will be an exciting year, with

a new focus and brand new venue

for our popular South West Annual

Conference. The move to the Riviera

Centre will allow us to accommodate

the ever growing amount of delegates

and exhibitors all under one roof. The

objective of our move is to provide

a fully integrated conference and

exhibition, and we hope our customers

will see this move as beneficial.

With free Wi-Fi throughout, this

flexible venue includes a 1,500

delegate’s capacity conference hall,

syndicate and breakout rooms for up

to 400 delegates with a 1,750 square

metre exhibition hall: and banqueting

for in excess of 1,200 guests. The

move will enable us to provide a fully

integrated conference and exhibition,

in this state of the art facility that has

the capacity for continued growth.

You will be able to access the

exhibition in one space and easily move

around the conference, which is in a

separate auditorium, making sure you

get to as many sessions as possible.

The CIH South West Conference is our

flag ship housing event held annually

in Torquay and attracts over 700

attendees. The conference programme

considers both knowledge and practice

and reflects the needs of both leaders

and practitioners.

Sessions are planned to provide

insights, analysis, solutions and

opportunities for you and the service

you provide. There are many different

networking opportunities throughout

the three days, which are both topical

and challenging as well as thought

provide you with further information on how your organisation can

be involved at the conference and show you around the venue’s

I joined the CIH in January 2014 and am now a fully established member of the events team. I am responsible for the sales of exhibition space and sponsorship, as well as client relationship management, for both the South East and South West Annual CIH conferences.

My passion for customer service and events stems from 15 years in

the hotel and hospitality industry, as well as the co-ordination of

conferences and special occasions. I am an approachable and lively

person who very much enjoys meeting my customers face to face

and problem solving.
