30/30 Fitness: 30 minutes of Hula Hooping followed by 30 minutes of Zumba. Two great fun high-energy cardio workouts to help tone your body.

Aerobic Combat: A cardio workout that consists of attack based exercises combining punches and kicks to create a high intense workout.

Aqua Water Works: An Aqua class using resistance equipment.

Beginners Running: Ideal for people who want to learn to jog and have some company whilst exercising.

Belly Dance: Full body workout which tones and increases flexibility.

Body Attack: A high intensity group exercise to music class for all fitness levels. Cardiovascular fitness along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.

Body Balance: Dynamic combined Yoga/Pilates based stretch programme.

Body Blitz: High intensity step based circuit class.

Body Conditioning: A fusion of cardio and strength work designed to condition the whole body.

Body Pump: Working through all the major muscles in the body, concentrating on strength & endurance to tone & condition.

Boot Camp: Outdoor fitness programme.

Circuits: A combination class utilising exercise stations in a circuit to include cardiovascular, strength and endurance training.

ETM Bollywood: Traditional exercise to music moves, but to Bollywood music.

Geocaching: Is a fun new activity in which participants use a GPS device to find hidden caches and log the finds.

Health Walk: A purposeful, brisk walk undertaken on a regular basis.

Hula Hooping: Tone up and learn to have fun and dance with a hoop.

Kickboxing: Learn self defence and kickboxing.

Kurling: An adaptation of traditional Curling.

Laughter Yoga: A combination of Laughter exercises with Yogic breathing which results in you feeling more healthy, energised and alive.

Legs, Bums & Tums: A low impact workout concentrating on the mid to lower body muscles to tone & tighten those all-important areas.

Line Dancing: A session which teaches a sequence of easy to follow dance steps to form a sequence to traditional country music.

Nordic Walking: Gain a full body workout through using poles to help propel you along.

Outdoor Gym Induction: Learn how to use the outdoor gym equipment safely and effectively with a qualified fitness instructor.

Pom Dance Cheerleading: A cheerleading based class for all levels. A dance type class using pom poms, jumps and twists, but no lifting required.

Seated Exercise: Learn some moves and toning exercises all from a chair.

Showtime Dance: Dance class where you can have fun whilst getting fit learning dance routines from your favourite musical.

Spinning: Studio cycling. Each rider trains at their own level, it brings ideas and techniques of road cycling into a dry, safe environment.

Tai Chi: Exercise class that aims to improve strength, reduce stress and increase well-being.

Urban Rebounding: Bounce around to lose the pounds. Aerobic workout that takes place on mini trampolines.

Yoga: Stretching, toning and relaxation exercises.

Zumba: Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves.

Zumba Gold: All the fun of a regular Zumba class but at a slower pace.

Zumba Toning: It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

Cycling Sundays take place on the last Sunday of the month, these are led rides starting at 10 am. Bike Park, Town Hall Square, Leicester, they include one Ride Steady, one Ride Well and one Breeze ride. All are free.
