Characters The characters are Mr. Wonka ,the owner of

the chocolate factory. Charlie Bucket ,the main character. Grandpa Joe ,Charlie Buckets grandpa. Veruca Salt ,one of the winners. Mr. Salt and Mrs. Salt ,Veruca parents. Augustus Gloop , another winner, Mrs. Gloop and Mr. Gloop, Augustus parents. Mr. and Mrs. Bucket, Charlie's parents. Mike Tevee ,the last of the winners, very addicted to video games .Mr. and Mrs. Tevee.Last but not least the Oompalumpus, little people that work in the factory.

Setting The setting. In the Chocolate Factory, and

also sometimes takes place in Charlie Buckets' house. Outside of the Chocolate factory. Also takes place in all of the rooms in the factory. That's the setting.

Summary This story is about Charlie Bucket and

four other kids that win a ticket to go to this amazing chocolate factory those kids get into all sorts of mischief all except for Charlie Bucket everyone gets to go on a well lets just say interesting adventure.

Conflict The conflict is that the four children get

into some, well lets just say interesting mischief. All except Charlie bucket . Veruca tries to get a squirrel ,Augustus falls in the chocolate river and gets sucked up a pipe, and Mike Tvee gets in some kind of machine when Mr.Wonka said ‘’not to touch anything and be careful’’ but no one listened all except Charlie.

Resolution The resolution is that Mike tevve gets

streched because befor he was extrmelly small so they streched him.Veruca came out of the garbage shoot she fell down while trying to get a squirrel but came out with garbage all over her.MR. wonka got Agustus out of the pipe he came out still covered in chocolate,and well Charlie got offered to live in the chocolate facory when Mr. Wonka retired and Mr. wonka asked him to run it.

Critic’s CornerI think the highlight of the book was

that it’s a lesson to all three children.I enjoyed the book because it was fun to

read about such an amazing chocolate factory and to read about a wacky adventure , I'd recommend it to a friend so they could have the same experience I had reading it.
