ASPEN HEIGHTS, BASED IN AUSTIN, TEXAS FEB 2015 – DEC 2015 ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENTMultifamily/Student Housing located in Fort Collins, CO – consisting of 4 phases, 220 units total, ranging in size from 1320 square feet to 2343 square feet, not including community clubhouse and pool. Joined company halfway through construction, phases 1 & 2 having already been mostly complete. Joined project as it was over 1 million dollars over budget and many months behind schedule. Upon arrival,

implemented the following: Used a variety of tools, techniques, and approaches to properly negotiate with trades in difficult situations;

settled differences with minimal objection; won concessions without damaging relationships. Anticipated changes in materials and staffing, communicated observations to Lead Superintendent. Ensured

that proper standards of workmanship and maximum productivity were maintained at all times through effective leadership and management skills.

Attended/led regular job-site safety meetings with subcontractors and stressed safety as the biggest key to the successful completion of the project; also attended/led subcontractor meetings as were required.
