Chemical Dependency Outpatient ServicesIndividualized treatment to help overcome the challenges of addiction and provide a path to a lasting recovery. Services are available for all individuals whose lives are affected by addiction as well as those impacted by a loved one’s addiction.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Our clinic offers rapid access provisions for MAT to help sustain recovery. Outpatient detoxification services (Ancillary Withdrawal) for opiates, alcohol and benzodiazepines are available including Suboxone and Vivitrol inductions.

Mental Health Clinic We provide the highest quality care and work collaboratively with each person or family to address mental health issues, optimize health and wellness and develop strategies to reduce or eliminate obstacles to life goal attainment.

Anger Management Education Program We offer a workshop series on anger management to Nassau and Suffolk County residents, which provides strategies for conflict resolution, communication training, stress management and impulse control management.

Women’s HealthWe provide gynecological healthcare that meet the unique needs of women throughout their lives.

Neurological CareThe neurological care team provides comprehensive care for brain, spine and nervous system disorders including stroke, aneurysm, movement disorders and general neurologic issues. We provide full-spectrum care.

Psychological & Psychiatric ServicesWe offer comprehensive psychiatric and psychological evaluation, assessment and treatment services to prevent and care for neuro/mental health conditions. Both adult and pediatric services are available.

Podiatry Services Get relief from foot pain or discomfort, manage related complications from chronic conditions, regain mobility and engage in daily activities again.

Adult Care Management - Health Home A Care Manager partners with individuals to help connect them to the care they want to improve their health and support network.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) TeamProvides high-quality mental health treatment with a mobile multidisciplinary team.

Residential ServicesOur residential services are designed to help individuals and families live successfully in their community.

n Supportive Housing: Offers rental assistance and support services to mental health consumers who are ready to live independently.

n Forensic Supportive Housing: Participants receive coordinated case management support to help reintegrate their lives.

n Transitional Housing: Provide group home living with on-site staffing, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

n Crisis Respite: Short-term housing with specialized supports to de-escalate a mental health or housing crisis.

Mobile Residential Support Team (MRST)Provides an enhanced level of support for individuals in NYS Office of Mental Health supportive housing sites.
