Welcome to the Charisma Switch

Here you are going to discover how you will activate your natural power to influence others and

receive yeses through the power of turning up your charisma.

Let me ask you something…

Have you ever wondered how some people have such a magnetic personality that they can

draw people right in to their sphere of influence allowing them to instantly bond with them?

You know what I am talking about... that person whose advice is always sought after - and that

people instinctively trust.

Or that person at work that seems to have the unfair advantage when it comes to influencing

others and receiving YESes. People are naturally and automatically enchanted by their

presence. They are automatically looked up to and deferred to.

Welcome to the life of a Charismatic person. A person the dictionary defines in two ways: 1.

Compelling attractiveness or charm that can inspire devotion in others. or 2 a divinely conferred

power of talent.

Or in simpler terms - “that” person you want to become that posses an unfair advantage when

it comes to dealing with others and having them follow your every word and say YES to you.

And over the next few minutes I am going to walk you through my step-by-step process that

allows anyone, that means you, to become instantly Charismatic through a couple of easy

exercises and the use of my unconscious learning sessions - an advanced technology that

allows you to incorporate this ability effortlessly into your behavior - which you will hear about

in a few minutes.

Hi, this is Kenrick Cleveland and for over 37 years I have dedicated my life to developing the

skills and strategies for getting YESes from others - through the power of targeting your verbal

and nonverbal communications to the conscious and more importantly, the unconscious minds

of others.

experience. One that will send shock waves through your entire life.

Because many years ago, when I was 18 years old and a struggling salesperson for a health

spa, I made a discovery that allowed me to influence others at the deepest levels (a story for

another time). This discovery placed me on a life long journey to develop the skills and

strategies for getting YESes from others - and teaching others like you to do the same.

They have been responsible for increasing net deposits by $1 Billion dollars in the first year

alone, where my training was implemented at Home Fed Bank, to every level of the corporate

hierarchy - from the Vice Presidents in the boardroom to the tellers on the bank floor.

To helping the tens of thousands of students I have worked with over the last 37 years to hone

their communications with others and are now able to get YESes with ease, whether they are

selling a product, service or even their ideas.

And let me tell you…

They range in every profession from financial advisors, who can now command mid 6 figure

incomes and beyond, to a top Beverly Hills Plastic surgeon who signs-up new cases with ease.

And I am happy that you decided to join me, starting your own journey now, into obtaining this

new powerful ability of being able to switch on your natural ability to become a charismatic

person.

Since the dawn of time, we have been in awe of people that have powerful charisma.

The funny thing is that most people just assume that it is a "something" that others have and

that we don't have in as big of a supply as we might like. So we find ourselves wishing and

wanting and assuming that it's not for us. But all of that is about to change.

What you will learn here as well as have easy access to, is the ability to switch on powerful

charisma at will.

But what does it mean to be charismatic. And that’s something in this lesson we will explore

and zero in on.

Before we go any further on this, I want you to think about someone that you feel is

charismatic. Think about that for a moment.

One of the earliest times for me that I remember seeing someone that I thought was

charismatic on a national level was president Nixon. He certainly was not attractive but he had

a charismatic presence about him that just drew me in. Even as he went through his political

problems, I still had this sense of liking him.

By the time I was 10 years old, My mother was getting re-married. She married a trial attorney

by the name of Bill. Bill also was the personification of charismatic. He was very handsome and

always had a tan - whether sprayed on or otherwise. LOL And he often wore White suits which

made him look even tanner.

When he turned his eyes to whoever he was speaking with they tended to just be mesmerized

by him. It wasn’t that his eyes were all that special but something about the way he paid

attention, was very special.

And that same characteristic is something that one of my first sales trainers had as well. Her

name was Karen and she had a dramatic impact on my ability to sell when I was young.

Long legs that went clear to heaven, stunning hair, manicured nails and always dressed to

impress with one of the sharpest minds of anyone I’ve ever known. She was overwhelming.

She was also demanding and a task master. She demanded perfection and I was determined to

give it to her.

Later I realized that it wasn’t that she was so beautiful. She just had features that were

captivating. She was very tall. But the most captivating feature she had wasn’t physical. Just

like Bill, when she turned her attention to someone they became mesmerized. I saw her do it

over and over again. It was something about the way she paid attention.

I also think of Pres. Bill Clinton. In my opinion, he practically personifies the word charisma.

And I don’t say that because I agree with his politics, I don’t. But I can respect a phenomenal

trait in someone regardless of whether I agree with everything else.

So what have you found? Think about that person who you find charismatic? Who is it?

This is really important so I want you to take a moment and figure this out.

When you remember somebody that affected you charismatically, just stop and take that in for

a moment.

How did it feel to be in the presence of this person?

If you had to break it down, Right now, what would you say were the factors that made this

person feel charismatic to you?

How did this person make you feel inside? What let you know that there was something special

about them?

And with this analysis, you are starting to begin to deconstruct and even demystify charisma.

And you may not be aware of it yet, but your unconscious is beginning to sit up and take notice

of the aspects of behavior that cause others to experience a charismatic personality. And we

will be zeroing in on that as we proceed.

I think the power of Charisma in Getting a Yes is pretty obvious. But you might be interested to

know that a bunch of studies show that charismatic people get higher performance ratings and

are viewed as more effective by their bosses and employees alike.

Research shows that those following charismatic leaders perform better, experience their work

as more meaningful, and have more trust in their leaders than those following effective but

non-charismatic leaders.

It is shown that charismatic salespeople can outsell non-charismatic people by a factor of five

times.

So beyond the fact that we know intuitively that we would like to be charismatic or more

charismatic, There is evidence, And a lot of it, that charismatic people are simply more

successful in every way.

Interesting isn’t it. And I think those are reasons enough for us to bring the power of charisma

to bear in our own lives and reap the reward. But from the perspective of persuasion, the ability

to increase your charisma at will is, in my opinion, close to being able to add a second printing

press to a money printing operation. lol

And … in controlled lab experiments it was discovered that people could lower and raise their

level of charisma, at will… like turning a dial.

Just think about the implications of that!!! Wouldn’t you like to be able to do that to? And with

this program, and especially the learning sessions that accompanies it, you will in fact be able

to do that, and more.

So, in particular, the MIT media lab looked at how critical your body language is to your

effectiveness. And here is what really convinced me about this… They were able to predict the

outcomes of sales calls, negotiations, and business plan pitches with 87% accuracy not by

listening to a single word of content, but by analyzing voice fluctuations and the

facial expressions of the person pitching.

Wow. Got your attention? It sure got mine.

Here’s the thing, body language is foundational to charisma - yet most assume that your body

language is the way it is and since it is outside of conscious awareness 99% of the time, people

just assume there is little that can be done about it. And now we come to a fascinating truism.

What we do in general is mostly unconscious. And this is good news for us as we pursue

becoming Yes Strategists.

Let me have you imagine this. You are standing in a very large field many times the size of a

football field.

Look down and see your feet. Put them together and notice how much space they take up.

Now look out as far as you can see in all directions. In front, behind and on both sides.

And now look down at your feet again and how much space they take up. And the amount they

take is equal to your conscious mind. And the rest of the giant field is like your unconscious

mind.

The unconscious is vastly more powerful - and more useful to us.

The unconscious is the seat of our emotions. And that is one of the big Keys to Getting Yes that

we have available to us.

And the unconscious is also responsible to carry out our automatic behavior. Our breathing, our

body functions and the decisions we have already made that happen automatically.

And our body language, because it is automatic, is also controlled by the unconscious.

And this is great news. Because with this course, including the 3 Learning Sessions, you will

reshape what drives your behavior, harnessing that power at will by flipping the switch and

turning on the charisma that will boost your results in all areas of your life.

So let’s pause for a moment and let me show you where this fits in the overall strategy of

getting a yes. In our program the Keys to Yes, we lay out the road map and show you the

individual keys to move you forward towards becoming a Yes Strategist.

One of these keys we call our “Message Guidance System”. This Message Guidance System or

MGS, makes getting a yes so easy that people are amazed. Gone are the days of sounding like

a salesperson, spewing features and benefits. And this works for getting yeses in all areas of

your life.

So, the Charisma Switch fits into the Message Guidance System. We think of it as the Radar

Lock, as it locks the person fully on to you so your message becomes all that more important to

them. Rapport is deepened automatically and they become even more primed to say yes.

Now that you have an idea where this fits, let’s talk about looks - as in physical appearance for

moment.

Looks are, in part, something that you are born with or not. Although, everyone can enhance

their appearance. And appearance does play a role in charisma. However quite a minor role as

you will discover.

Norma Jean or Marilyn Monroe as she was known as, could turn her charisma on and off at will.

There is a story about her traveling on the train with a photographer. She purposefully switched

off her charisma and nobody recognized her on the train or bothered her at all. When they got

off the train in New York, She asked the photographer if he wanted see Marilyn Monroe. He

said yes and with the toss of her hair and a change of her internal attitude and frame, she

became the famous Marilyn Monroe. Instantly, people were blown away that there she stood

among them. They raced over to try and be near her and get her autograph etc. This caused

quite a security issue. And the photographer was really shocked at what she was able to do –

and how she was able to turn it on and off at will.

And when you think about it, physically attractive people are not always charismatic. In fact,

they often are not. We all have seen an attractive woman or man who opens their mouth and

destroys the image or makes us realize just how shallow they are. The opposite of what a

charismatic person makes us feel.

It kind of reminds me of guitar players. There are so many guitarists in the world that have

huge technical capability. And 99% of them can’t make a dime with their music. In other words

having great and cool ability as guitar player will not ensure that you can get signed or have a

lucrative career.

So… let’s break this down a little further.

Research shows that charisma is the result of specific nonverbal behaviors. It is not something

that a person is inherently born with.

And for those of you with kids, You can probably recall both your daughter and/or your son at a

particular age beginning to practice certain facial expressions and poses. In my case, having

raised a few children, almost without exception I found that they would go through stages

where they would practice certain looks and stances and then go out into the world and try

them and see what would happen. And this is how charisma is learned at an early age. We

actually practice the behaviors and keep those that we like.

And here’s another interesting fact about charismatic people. People that you might think of as

charismatic are not charismatic 24 hours a day. They turn it on and off as needed.

As I went through this process, breaking it down, I began to realize that the word charisma is

not this ethereal, something that only certain people have. It started to demystify itself the

more I paid attention to it.

And here’s more that will help you to begin to see it as something that is easily accessible for

you too.

Research shows that when we first meet someone you instinctively try to figure out two things:

(1.) Is the person a friend or foe? And (2.) What is their intention?

In other words, we are trying to ascertain how much power they have and what their intention

is with that power as it relates to us.

When you meet a charismatic person, you’ll immediately get the feeling that the person has a

lot of power and that they like you.

So let’s analyze this a little deeper. And to do so, we need to look at the field of Sociology and

some breakthroughs that have been discovered about how societies and pecking orders are

built.

Let's imagine for a moment that you need to go to court for a traffic a traffic infraction that you

were given.

You sit down in the courtroom. There is much pomp and circumstance. The judge enters and

everyone has to stand. Everything he does assumes that he has the power to do it. That he is

within his rights and you have to do what he says.

As you sit waiting for your name to be called, you see person after person called in front of the

judge. Some are respectful, some aren't. The ones that aren't soon realize that they are going

to pay more or be dealt with harsher because of their lack of respect.

All of this is designed to put you in a position where you feel less than and subordinate to his

authority.

Sociologists call this framing. The entire interaction from the moment you enter the courthouse

until you are dismissed by the judge and pay your fine is all designed to make you compliant.

The judge assumes the ultimate air of authority.

But what does it mean to assume an "air" of authority?

Even though we are all supposedly created equal, some of us are more equal than others. LOL

We quickly learn there is a hierarchy to our life.

However, most of this hierarchy is very much unconscious and simply accepted by us as fact.

And the real fact is that you can immediately advance where you are in life by being conscious

of this and using it to your advantage.

Let's take a medical doctor for instance.

He or she has a very significant amount of training that installs that when they speak, everyone

jumps. At least in the medical field that's the way it is. Just go into any hospital and watch how

everybody jumps around the doctor complying with his orders.

And in this example, that simply makes sense. The doctor can literally hold our life or death in

his hands.

But what about when he leaves the hospital and goes about his day-to-day life?

At least in the United States, the doctor will still be very highly regarded and deferred to almost

everywhere.

But why is that?

And the answer is found in the concept of framing.

If the doctor maintains his frame or attitude of authority, then he or she will be deferred to.

From birth, we are all trained to recognize authority. But what we weren't trained to do is to be

an authority necessarily. If you happened to be raised in a wealthy or up-and-coming family,

you might be more likely to assume an air of authority.

Now many of us, due to our positions in life, our work etc. have learned to develop a sense of

authority. Take for example a financial advisor. He or she has to be an authority in order to be

believed. An attorney or any other professional finds themselves in a position of benefiting from

a degree of authority.

And as you will see, it also makes up an element of charisma.

Let's go just a little bit further into this because there's something else that you need to know.

We cover this in a little bit more detail in our program Keys to Yes and extensively in our

program, Yes Strategist.

The thing about frames are that they are based in what we think not in what is externally true.

And frames are broadcast by our body language much more so than by what we say. So

learning how to switch this on will create some dramatic results in your life.

So just a minute ago I said, when you meet a charismatic person, you'll immediately get the

feeling that the person has a lot of power and that they like you.

So think about that for a moment…

And as you do, you start to become aware that charisma is in part, a combination of frames.

These frames are communicated through Micro movements on your part.

We could call them the power frame and the warmth frame.

People that are charismatic have both of these qualities.

And as I mentioned, one of the impressions that people report when they meet a charismatic

person is that the person has a lot of power and they feel liked by them.

And underlying these qualities is the sense of “presence”.

And this quality, the quality of presence is actually the core component of charisma.

And presence is all about the person feeling that you are completely there with them in the

moment. That you are fully present.

So we have 3 key frames interacting…

1. Power frame

2. Warmth frame

3. Presence frame

So go back now in your mind and remember the person that you identified earlier as being

charismatic. As you think of this person, begin to analyze them in terms of first the power

frame.

How much power did this person have or how much did you perceive them to have?

In my case, remembering president Nixon - he clearly had tremendous power. And Karen, had

Power as well. A different kind of power, but nonetheless the kind of power that could get me

hired or not.

And an interesting note here is that my stepfather, Bill, was a drill sergeant for the Marines

before he became an attorney. If ever there was a commanding kind of presence, he certainly

had it.

Pres. Bill Clinton also was dripping with power. That's probably true of most any president of

most any larger country. He spoke with conviction and power.

What about your person?

-----Pause a second-----

Recall your person again, and analyze them in terms of the Warmth Frame. Did you feel liked

by them? How did it feel?

With President Nixon, I had the feeling that he liked people in general. And with Karen I

definitely have the feeling that she liked me personally. With her, it didn’t happen instantly. I

could tell she was evaluating me in our first conversation. And when she realized that I was

what she was looking for, She immediately softened and warmed up to me. There was

absolutely a sense that she liked me. The same was true of my stepdad, Bill. You could visibly

see him shift into a warm caring attitude and the effect was palpable. And I would have to say

that the warps frame was an absolute specialty of Pres. Bill Clinton. You can see him turn that

smile on from miles away practically.

How does your person make you feel in terms of warmth?

Now go back again to your person… analyze them in terms of the Presence Frame. Did they

have a strong sense of presence? Did you feel they were really there for you?

With president Nixon, and for that matter President Clinton, Pres. Reagan and the second

President Bush, I definitely had the sense of presence from them all. And that quality stood out

most with pres. Reagan and President Clinton.

And with Karen, it was almost an overwhelming sense presence with her. In fact, over time, I

could easily see her turn that on and off. Sometimes, she didn’t feel the need to really be there.

Her attention was elsewhere. And it greatly detracted from what I felt from her at the time.

So think of your person in terms of presence. How was their presence?

So think about these three frames as it relates to the person that you felt was charismatic in

your life. Power… Warmth…Presence.

Do you see how those three things interact to make them feel charismatic?

Take a moment and look through your history and identify a few more people. Analyze them in

terms of these three characteristics – Power… Warmth and Presence. And all of a sudden what

might have once seemed like a nebulous “something” that some people have and some don’t,

all of a sudden becomes understandable.

Especially when you realize that more than anything, Charisma is based on behaviors. And

these behaviors are based on your internal emotional state. And by adopting frames, you can

change your internal state and thus your behaviors that subtly communicate the frames.

Now you see why you don’t need to be good-looking to be charismatic.

Behavioral scientists J. M. Howell and J. M. Burns demonstrated that they could instruct people

to do certain behaviors. As they would do them, they would be rated in terms of their charisma.

The researchers found that they could literally dial up or down a person’s charisma level simply

by having them change certain behaviors.

So we know that charisma can be turned up or down. And what we know is that this happens

because of your body language. So the key then becomes how do we exhibit certain body

language that will enhance our charisma without being a fake?

And the answer to this, you are probably already figuring out.

Let’s call it eliciting within yourself emotions that are designed to get a result.

In other words, if you feel within yourself the necessary emotions of charisma, then you are

projecting that to others through your body language.

And those necessary elements would be… Power… Warmth…and Presence.

And if we adopt these three elements as frames, then we can put them on at will. And this is

exactly what charismatic people do. They turn it on and off as needed.

Now you understand why I call this, the Charisma Switch. :-)

So let’s not analyze each of these frames so we can put them on and use them at will.

Let’s start with the power frame.

Putting on the Power Frame

If you can, I want you to stand up right now as you listen to this.

How does a powerful person stand?

Stand that way. Take on that sense of power.

The first thing a powerful person does is they occupy their space fully. You will see that they

will often drape an arm over the chair next to them if it is unoccupied.

They often turn their chair at an angle which uses up more space.

They stand straight. They may have their feet slightly further apart in kind of a wider stance.

In other words, they fully occupy the space they are in.

So I want you to put this on for size and see how it feels.

Stand up straight, Throw your shoulders back, take a little wider stance by a couple of inches

than normal.

Imagine that you’re energetic bodies swell up and occupy at least 3 feet all the way around

you.

Have a sense of being grounded and absolutely owning this space.

And here are 2 more things that you can do to enhance your power frame...

Lower the intonation of your voice at the end of your sentences.

Reduce how quickly and how often you nod.

Now I want you to imagine something.

Imagine that you are A big powerful animal of your choice. Maybe you are the alpha lion or

lioness – or maybe you are the alpha gorilla. How do you walk? How you carry yourself?

Feel your blood flowing through your body and mind. Feel the power. Occupy your space fully.

Add to this, the feeling of being the prize. You have the power and you are the prize. Because

you are the prize, you are desirable. People want time with a powerful person. They want the

powerful persons approval.

If it weren’t for you, this person would not have the opportunity they have. You could easily

walk away and eliminate this opportunity as it relates to them.

Make a small micro muscular shift in your chest or shoulders to signal that you are entering the

power frame.

Make sure you …

Lower the intonation of your voice at the end of your sentences.

Reduce how quickly and how often you nod.

Breathe deeply.

How does the power Frame feel? Are you comfortable with it? Does it feel good?

You will want to put this on over and over again so that you get very comfortable and use it to

it’s fullest.

You can do this just as easily while sitting.

And I’d like you to try that on right now.

So sit down, and you might imagine sitting down into your sense of power.

Fully occupy your space. Remember your Power animal and step inside of that now. You are

incredibly powerful and you are the prize.

Imagine you …

Lower the intonation of your voice at the end of your sentences.

Reduce how quickly and how often you nod.

Now adjust your body, just a little. Make a tiny movement of your shoulders or chest maybe as

you feel this power. And as you do that, you come fully into your frame of power.

And I’m just curious… just before you enter into a selling situation or situation where you want

to Get a Yes, what will remind you to put on your power frame? Think about that for a

moment.

Warmth Frame

Now let’s move on to the warmth frame.

This frame is pretty easy.

Remember that people like those that are most like themselves.

And how do we do that?

Well, there are a couple of really easy ways.

The first is through mirroring the behaviors of the person you want to get a yes from.

This is actually quite simple to do. I will give you the big key to this right off the bat. Simply

allow a three second lag time between your movement and the other person's.

So for example, if the person you are working with crosses their legs you count three seconds,

and then cross yours. When they uncross their legs, you count three seconds and uncross

yours. They lean forward, you do too, etceera.

If they wave their hands when they speak, you of course will not want to wave your hands

around at the same time. But when you speak, you can easily adopt the same kinds of

gestures.

Now, over the course of about 3 - 5 minutes, you begin to zero out your lag time. In other

words, after about 5 minutes of talking, when they move, you move just like they do at the

same time. No lag. Of could you still will not do speaking gestures at the same moment. LOL

The power of this is that as you do it, you are firing off the other persons mirror neurons. And

they automatically begin to see you as like them. So easy and super effective.

This and other strategies of Rapport are one of the Keys to Yes that you will find useful in all

you do.

So first up is to make sure you are demonstrating warmth by pacing the other person.

The next step is an internal one. And this is the most important step in the warmth

frame.

How do you feel when you genuinely like someone? What is that like for you?

How do you adjust your face as you look at someone that you really like and care for?

So let’s try this on… you are in your power frame and you want to really turn on the charisma.

Imagine that as you are there with somebody, you begin pacing their behaviors.

At that same moment, you’ll recall what it feels like when you really like someone and care for

them. You will immediately adjust your face to reflect that.

Imagine that beaming from your eyes is warmth and caring. You are very powerful person and

you really care for this person. You like them a lot.

Imagine you adjust your eyes just a little, maybe open them just a bit more to project this

warmth.

How does that feel?

Can you feel the combination of your power/prize frame along with strong feelings of warmth

and caring?

If so, you are spot on.

We will talk more in a bit about the Learning Sessions that accompany this program. They are

the key to making these skills automatic for you. And with them, you will make this whole

process an easy Switch that you can flip on at will.

Presence Frame

Let’s move on now to the presence frame.

This one is especially powerful as it forms the foundation of a charismatic person.

And it’s actually quite simple. However, many of us have lost this ability due to the fast world

that we live in today.

Another way to say presence is… being there – being present. Focusing on the person that you

are with.

There are a couple of easy ways of doing this.

The first is, to be sure that you are actually paying attention. And there is an easy way to do

this.

I call this being in uptime. And the way to do it is to make certain that all five of your senses

are fully oriented externally to the person you are talking with.

Let's say that you are talking with a couple. And as they are explaining something to you. As

they do, your mind slips off to an appointment you have later that evening with your wife or

family. In that moment you have shifted to downtime. And In that moment you are no longer

paying high quality attention and worse, that is being broadcast to the couple that you are

talking with.

It is easy to learn how to do this.

Take each of your five senses in turn and aim that at your clients. In other words, what are you

seeing in their demeanor as you are communicating? What do you hear in the space where you

are at - vs. in your own head? What do you feel - remember you are doing what they are doing

physically, so you might well be feeling like they are too.

And that single-handedly will give you the sense of presence.

The problem is, this is often overlooked.

Nowadays we seem to see everybody walking around with a smart phone – texting while they

are walking, driving, In meetings and in all kinds of inappropriate places like restaurants, Movie

theaters and the like. It is irritating as hell. But worse, it destroys our ability to be charismatic if

we don’t keep it under control when we need to be charismatic.

So presence is simply being there. And being there can be enhanced drastically by your five

senses being externally oriented.

Another way to say this is that you are fully paying attention to the person you are with.

This needs to be done with all of your heart and mind.

If you are allowing yourself to be interrupted, even by your own thoughts… if you allow your

mind to wander as you are engaged with someone – they will pick this up.

They will not feel that you are present with them. And your charisma will be undermined.

Another thing you can do is make sure you don’t interrupt the other person. This comes across

as if they are not very important. It really affects them experiencing presence with you. It also

breaks rapport.

And you have to be careful of you allowing yourself to be interrupted in your own head and

turning your attention away from the person, which has the effect of cutting them off.

So as you can see, while presence is a relatively easy thing to be able to do, It will take some

practice on your part to lock it into your everyday behavior. Again, the learning sessions will

powerfully help you to be able to do this.

So let me ask you this, what does it feel like when someone is really present with you? Do you

like it? Do you feel special?

The key is, you want to leave the other person feeling like they are special, not so much that

you are special. They will get that anyway if they feel that they are special in your eyes.

There’s one more thing that you can do to enhance your presence. And that is…

Allow a full two second pause before you respond.

This easy to do practice conveys that you are very much there with that person. It conveys that

you are listening closely and taking what they are telling you seriously.

So let’s practice this one.

What does a vacuum do? Well, it sucks things up right? So, I want you to imagine you are

holding the tube that sucks and aiming it at your clients. Say the word VAK - rhymes with Back,

and turn on the vacuum and imagine you are zeroed in on your clients and how they look. The

minutest details you see with ease. And that is the V part of the word VAK. Stands for the visual

part of the word. You paying close attention to what you see.

As you hear the sucking sound, zero in with your ears on what they are saying. That is the A

part of the word VAK. Stands for the auditory part or listening to them intently.

And be aware of emotional state changes within them. And that is the K part of the word VAK.

Stands for Kinesthetic or feelings.

Tune your 5 senses away from you and towards them.

And in so doing, you are fully present with them.

Visualization

So let’s put this all together…

Relax for just a moment and imagine the following…

Start with your power frame.

Step into your power animal. Feel yourself swelling up and occupying your space fully. Make a

micro adjustment of your shoulders or chest and switch on this power frame.

Add a little bit of feeling that you are the prize.

Lower the intonation of your voice at the end of your sentences.

Reduce how quickly and how often you nod.

As you are talking with the person you are with, immediately began pacing their behaviors.

Allow a count of 3 between their movement and yours. And now open your eyes just a tiny

amount to reflect the warmth you are feeling for them.

Feel the warmth and genuine caring you have for this person.

Make sure your five senses are oriented towards the person you are with and not internally. Do

that by flipping the switch of the vacuum to on and say the word VAK to yourself. Feel yourself

focusing and listening and feeling the people you are with.

Allow a full two second pause before responding.

Check your physiology every little bit to make sure that you are embodying these frames.

How does it feel?

Pretty good, doesn’t it.

And you now have the secrets of the most powerfully charismatic people there are.

You can now easily dial up your charisma on command.

And as much as you now understand this, it’s important to get this from conscious

understanding too fully automatic in your behavior. And we will do that in the learning sessions

that accompany this program.

Using the Learning Session

Now we get to the part that is going to help you convert this information from knowledge to

becoming a natural part of who you are.

But let me tell you about how this began.

Many years ago, I was working hard to implement some new ways of speaking into my

behavior. It was hard and slow going. So I figured that if i made a recording of this and let it

play in the background, maybe it would help. Back then, there was only cassette tapes.

There was a special kind of cassette called an endless loop tape. I could record as much as 20

minutes and it would just repeat and repeat. Problem is they broke all the time. LOL But they

did help.

About that same time there was a new development that was taking the world by storm. They

were called light and sound machines. That’s because they used carefully encoded lights and

sounds to scientifically put your brain into what I later coined as the learning state. It did it

quickly and with precision.

Finally, I could put my brain in the same state I was in around 4 or 5 years old when I absorbed

things like a sponge.

So I got my hands on one and it was love at first sight.

I spent years learning how to perfect this strategy. And of course began experimenting on

myself with the old fashioned endless loop cassette tapes. LOL

Thing is, it worked. And it worked incredibly. Soon I had implemented the changes I was

working on and I did it at lightning speed. People were amazed.

So I shared this with a few students of mine in a seminar and created results for them FAR

exceeding anything that I had been able to do previously.

Well, needless to say, light and sound machines have made leaps and bounds progress since

then and now we have digital abilities to record.

Since that time, I have worked and perfected what I now call Learning Sessions. And you have

a number of them in this program that you will use to your advantage.

The way they work is simple. You simply plug in a pair of headphones into whatever you like to

listen to music on - from your computer to an iphone or ipad or an Android device, press play,

sit back, close your eyes and follow along. Simple and easy.

And if you have a light and sound machine like the Kasina, they are already coded to work with

it. Just plug it in and go. And while it creates much more powerful and quick results, these

sessions can be used just fine without it. We’ll talk at another time more about the Kasina.

As you listen to the Learning Session, special sounds and frequencies will naturally put your

brain into the learning state, just like when you were about 5. This is characterized by a high

Theta brain wave output.

The feeling is one of being comfortably relaxed. And while you are in this state, messages are

directed to both hemisphere’s of your brain to make the skills you are learning naturally

absorbed and behaviorlized, quickly.

Now there is another element of the Learning Sessions that make them very powerful. And I

call it Emotional State Conditioning Sounds.

Let’s say that you want to learn something and use it in your life. And let’s say you could recall

a time when you had a huge win. Maybe you got praised for doing something well at some

point during your life and it made you really feel good.

Now just imagine if you could bring that great feeling to bear as you learned the new skill. The

added emotion would turn up your motivation and make it easier for you really get what you

are learning.

Well, you can. All our Learning Sessions are built with these strategies as well. And using it is

simple and automatic.

All you have to do is before you start using the Learning Sessions, just complete our Emotional

State Conditioning lesson which is included. It is easy and fast. Once you have done it, you are

set to benefit from this as well.

Each Learning Session is very time consuming to produce. Not only is the wording carefully

scripted, it then goes through many processes to build the special frequencies and sounds that

do the heavy lifting for you, automatically enabling you to enter the learning state with scientific

precision. And then the Emotional State sounds are strategically used where appropriate.

All of this is professionally mixed to create a masterpiece that is unlike anything you have

experienced before.

No one has anything like this. Copying what we do would be very difficult and expensive and of

course would presuppose that someone had the skills and all the equipment necessary to do it.

I personally believe this is one of the key reasons why you will get results easier and more

reliably than anything else you could do. Our clients tell us this over and over.

Alright, so here is how to use the Learning Sessions.

First go through the Emotional State Conditioning lesson. It will take you less than one hour.

This will prime your unconscious for the sounds you will be hearing in the sessions.

Once you have done that, you are ready for the first Learning Session.

The first Learning Session is called: Adjusting to Your Charismatic Self.

You should listen to this, and only this, Learning Session, at least once per day. You can listen

to it anytime you want, but you should do it at least a few hours prior to going to sleep at

night. It can often give you the feeling like you have taken a nap and re-energize you. So that’s

why I suggest you use it at least a few hours prior to go to bed.

It is just fine to listen to it 2 times per day if you’d like. You could do it in the morning and

afternoon for example. Just allow a couple of hours before you listen to it again.

When you are ready to listen to it, just make sure you will be undisturbed for the length of the

session. Usually around a half hour.

If you have the Kasina, plug the sound from your computer or ipad into it, connect the glasses

and headphones. Turn it on, press play to start the sound, close your eyes and enjoy.

If you do not have a Kasina, just plug your headphones into your computer or ipad or whatever

you are listening on, press play, close your eyes and you are set. Enjoy and when done, go

about your day with confidence knowing that you are quickly absorbing what you are working

on.

Ok, for this first Learning Session, you should use it for 5 days. Whether you do it once a day or

twice, do it for 5 days. Once you have done it for 5 days straight, you are ready to move on to

the 2nd Learning Session.

The 2nd session is called: Flipping the Switch - Turning up Charisma, NOW.

After you have completed 5 days in a row of listening to the first Learning Session, move on to

the second session.

You should listen to this for 10 days. Try to do this without missing a day. But if you do, it isn’t

a problem.

And after you finish 10 days, move on to the 3rd Learning Session.

It’s called: Integrating Charism in all you do. (Turning it up and down and using your

anchor to integrate into everything).

I would use this 3rd session for 10 days as well.

After 10 days, I would do 6 days where you alternate using the 2nd Learning Session 1 day and

the 3rd Learning Session the next day. Even better still, for those 6 days, do 2 sessions per day

and alternate between session 2 and 3.

And there you have it. 31 days of a few minutes a day to powerfully enhance your charisma.

Here are a few tips you might like to do.

During this 31 days, do your best to listen to this program at least 3 times.
