As per the setups done, this charge account should be defaulted automatically. The requester Diana can raise requisitions for many companies (Operating Units), but right now because of charge account generation failure in few operating units, she is unable to raise requisitions in these operating units.

There are few companies for which Diana created requisition earlier, but now she is unable to create because of charge account generation failure in these operating units (companies). However there are some other companies for which Diana is able to create requisitions successfully both for catalog & non catalog items.

This problem is occurring only for this particular user- Diana. Other users who also have privileges to create requisition for these companies are not facing problem.
