1. This letter testifies to the character of Amn Zachariah Wiedeman. I have worked directly with Amn Wiedeman for almost four months in the 311 TRS. As Charge 1 he is directly responsible to ensure all 5 members on his shift are performing duties related to Charge of Quarters. His abilities as Charge 1 are second to none. He possesses communication skills of a seasoned NCO. His positive personality and demeanor is well reflected in the moral of the airman he leads.

2. His intelligence, maturity, determination, and a great sense of duty will be a strong asset to the United States Air Force. Amn Weideman has my strongest recommendation in any endeavor he chooses to pursue.
