Email calendar

• All chapters will have a scheduled send week.

• The actual send date will be determined when you request a new email.

How to request a new email

1. Email [email protected] to request an email.

2. Your ASC (Alumni Services Coordinator) will remind you of your designated send week and help determine which day will be best to send.

3. Your ASC will assist you in collecting all the content and images needed to your email.

4. Marketing will create, code, and send your email.

1. Email calendar updates to [email protected].

2. ASC makes updates directly to calendar

3. Calendar entries appear on your chapter website automatically.

*If a registration form is needed, that will be your calendar entry. ASC will request form for you. Request the form by emailing [email protected].

Calendar item checklist

• Best to include all updates in one request.

• Be sure to include: - Event name- Date, time- Location (with address)- Contact person- Details about the event. At least one sentence of

description, preferably more.
