O Levels of CorrectionO Proximity – When you have chatty Cathy’s or
students that are just being distractions they will usually stop if you just go stand by them.
O Quietly Asking – If proximity does not work then quietly, go up to them and ask to them to stop.
O Partner Pulling – If asking them to stop does not work than simply have your partner pull them aside and let them know that if they do not stop the teacher will become involved. Also, see if you can figure out what the problem is and see if you can resolve it.
O Get the teacher – If none of the previous steps work then it is time to get the teacher involved.
