Doler
When explaining that you have a pain, you have two options:
Tengo dolor I have a pain / ache
Me duele My ____ hurts
Tener + dolor
To say you have a pain or an ache: Tener (conjugated) + dolor de _________
Dolor = a pain / ache / sore
Examples: Yo tengo dolor de cabeza. I have a headache.
Ella tiene dolor de garganta. She has a sore throat.

Indirect Object Pronouns + doler To say a specific body part hurts, use the
following: Indirect Object Pronoun + doler (verb) Doler is a verb like Gustar
Indirect Object Pronouns:
(A mi) ME (A nostros) NOS ( A ti) TE (A vosotros) OS
(A él, a ella, a Tito) LE (A ellos, a ustedes) LES
Indirect Object Pronouns + doler After you have picked the correct indirect object
pronoun, you need the correct form of “doler”
Doler = to hurt
This is an o → ue verb
Only use 2 forms: duele duelen
Indirect Object Pronouns + doler Duele vs. Duelen
Once again, singular or plural depends on what body part you are referring to.
The body part is what is doing the action, it is HURTING you.
Examples: Las manos = duelen La cabeza = duele
