sustainabilitythroughlightingandwindfenestrationineverybuildingform,andevenitssite
planning shall reflect through the sites sun and wind pattern.
2.PLANNING CONCEPT
ThePlanningConceptoftheproposalshallfollowLINEARFORM.Itwillstill
maintain integration of spaces, and can still receive fair sources
from sun and wind while it also must follow its irregular lot

LINEARELEMENTSandGEOMETRICSHAPESwhencombinedshallform structures
that is simple yet modernist but still follows the general concept
of adapting the natural lighting and ventilation. When combined
with Balcony Faade and Louvered Systems, this will form INTEGRATED
BOXES with some spaces overlapping.
