Responsibility : taking credit for the good work at the same time accepting the blame for the wrong done. The spirit of basic honesty. Public probity : implies uprightness, integrity, incorruptibility and being above board. Credibility : means uprightness of character.

FINANCE• In undertaking the new

missions our preference for the poorest of the poor will be given priority.

• Express our solidarity with the poor by our behaviour and in our lifestyle

• Improve the social status and living conditions of our domestic, support staff and other employees. We ensure a decent living to all our employees through just salaries and other benefit schemes.

• We set aside and utilise 15% of the gross income for the poor in our communities and in all our ministries.

• Keep ourselves abreast with the policies of the congregation and the rules and regulations of the government on finance.

• Share our human, material and financial resources with communities, apostolic units, provinces/ regions and Generalate.
