We shouldn’t share out personal brush and comb with others

They are also necessary for proper speech

The gum serves as an anchor for your teeth. Gingivitis is caused when the gum is inflamed and bleed easily

Caring for the gum and teeth is essential we should floss and brush at least twice daily

Plaque is a soft colorless film containing bacteria that coats your teeth.

When plaque is becoming hard it changes to tartar that is difficult to remove

Good eating habits keep your teeth healthy. Dairy products are important because they are rich with calcium

The eyes are the organ for sight Nearsightedness is when a

person can see nearby objects clearly but distant objects blurry

Farsightedness is seeing far objects more clearly than close objects

Astigmatism is when images appear blurry due to irregular shaped lens or cornea

Most vision problems can be treated by using eyeglasses , contact lenses, and laser surgery

It is important to protect your eyes from the sun , dust, and injury

Wear sunglasses that have lenses with UV protection

Wear goggles if you do ay activity that might hurt your eyes

Avoid rubbing your eyes especially when your hands are dirty

Check your vision regularly Change your lenses regularly

The ears interpret sounds, and control our balance from middle ear

The most common problem is hear loss. Hearing aids should be used in this case

Decibel is the measure of the loudness of sound

Tinnitus ( ringing in the ears)is caused from exposure to loud noises for a long time

To protect your ears never insert anything inside ears. Avoid loud noises. Cover ears in cold weather to avoid frostbite. Wear earplugs to reduce noise and avoid water. See doctor when you have earache
