To provide information to the public regarding Planning permission in all respect within Chennai Metropolitan Area. 2). News Paper. Web site State / Dist. Tender Bulletin 3). Exhibition. CMDA participates in the exhibitions conducted by the Government under the Private Organizations in connection with the building promotions. CMDA staff members

available at exhibition counter assist the public to clear their doubts regarding planning permission and other projects of CMDA. 4). Notice Board. Notice boards are also used to display the information’s to the public in CMDA. 5). Systems of Issuing of copies of documents. The public those who requires copies of approved Layout copies, building plans, Development Control Rules, Office orders and instructions manuals on payment and Land use details are given to the public on written request without any fees. 6).
