PARTY 1 WILL ENLIST THE NAME OF THE CUTOMER INTO THE DATABASE UNDER REFERENCE NUMBER OF PARTY 2 FOR THE IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT & ALL THE TRANSACTIONS IN THE FUTURE FOR THE SAME CUSTOMER. 3. 50% OF REVENUE WILL BE SHARED BY PARTY 1 TO PARTY 2 FOR BUILDER PROJECTS & FOR RESALE/RENT WILL BE 50% OF THE REVENUE(THAT FROM BOTH THE SIDES) 4. PROJECT WISE REVENUE WILL BE DISCUSSED BETWEEN BOTH THE PARTIES & WILL HAVE MAIL APPROVAL FROM BOTH THE PARTIES. 5. INVOICE COPY OF THE TRANSACTION & PAYMENT DETAILS (CHEQUE) WILL BE SHARED BY PARTY 1 TO PARTY 2 IF REQUIRED VICE VERSA IF REQUIRED. 6. REVENUE SHARED WILL BE AFTER DEDUCTION OF ALL THE TAXES. 7. DISPUTE IF ANY WILL BE SETTLED BY MUTUAL DISCUSSION OR SHALL BE REFFERED TO AND SETTLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ARBITRATION & CONCILIATION ACT, 1996 OR ANY SUBSEQUENT ENACTMENT OR AMENDMENT THERETO. THE DECISION OF THE ARBITRATOR APPOINTED MUTUALLY BY BOTH THE PARTIES SHALL BE BINDING ON BOTH THE PROPERTIES.THE VENUE OF ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE IN PUNE. FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS & CONDITION BETWEEN PARTY 1 & PARTY 2: 

1. PARTY 2 WILL GENERATE CUSTOMERS FOR VARIED PROJECTS IN PUNE, SHIRDI & VARIED LOCATION UNDER PARTY 1. 

CONTACT DETAILS OF THE SAME WILL BE SHARED BY PARTY 2 TO PARTY 1. 

2. PARTY 1 WILL ENLIST THE NAME OF THE CUTOMER INTO THE DATABASE UNDER REFERENCE NUMBER OF PARTY 2 

FOR THE IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT & ALL THE TRANSACTIONS IN THE FUTURE FOR THE SAME CUSTOMER. 

3. 50% OF REVENUE WILL BE SHARED BY PARTY 1 TO PARTY 2 FOR BUILDER PROJECTS & FOR RESALE/RENT WILL BE 50%
