CHANGING PLACES

What is it?

Changing Places is a set of 10 group sessions with six

before and after sessions.

Each session is 1-2 hours long, it can be run in a group

or one to one

There are NO lectures, it isn’t a classroom. It is an

interactive relaxed atmosphere where EVERYONE has

a chance to speak and learn.

Young people who complete the course report:

More Confidence

Feeling Calmer

Being Happier

Having Fewer Arguments

Why is it needed?

It is designed to support Young People by building up

their confidence and improving their relationships.

Young people who have attended the programme

say it gives them a place to talk openly and honestly
