well. Putting toxic fuel in your car will definitely affect performance of car. Putting toxic food in your body will also affect your body and brain

performance as well no matter how much exercise you do. We you have million dollar resource would you spend in a junk food? Of

course not! It is time to treat yourself with little love and respect, but question is who is

not giving love and respect to ourselves?

If we all are giving required love and respect to ourselves, than where is the problem that we are not getting the optimum results which we wish from our efforts or activities?

Here i must say that lack of knowledge and awareness about our basic needs in all respect whether it is food, knowledge, skills, techniques, information and actual implementation issues are matters a lot.

82 year old pioneering physician lady example of young brain (SPECT scan shows) she dedicated her life to help others.

She was regular in doing exercise, taking healthy food, maintains healthy wait and spent her time to perusing learning opportunities she has a sharp mind and enthusiastic friends around her.

It’s your brain that tells you to stop eating when you eat enough. It’s your brain that keeps you active, enthusiastic, focus, motivated and successful or hold you back to the tension and anxiety issues. It’s your brain that keeps you calm, happy and loving or disrupts your moods and creates conflicts in your relationships. It is your brain that works as control centre for your entire physical system.
