The Customer Service Representative (CSR) portal allows you to access information about users, including customers, providers, and group leaders. Through the portal, you can view a customer’s benefit information and send secure messages to users. Customer Service Representative Tip Sheet From the CSR portal, you can change a user’s password.     You can impersonate an enrollment user, current customer, or a provider through the CSR portal. • To impersonate an enrollment user: from the

    Customer Service Rep Admin drop-down on the top tool bar, select Impersonate an Enrollment User.

    • To impersonate a customer: from the Member Services drop-down, select Impersonate a Customer.

    • To impersonate a provider: from the Provider Services drop-down, select Impersonate a Provider.

    Enter your CSR User Name and your password, and the User ID you wish to impersonate. 2

    All customers will be able to view EOBs online. The customer can elect to no longer receive EOBs by mail by enrolling in Go Paperless. Select the Member Services drop-down and then Go Paperless.

    After entering the Subscriber ID and Member Name, check the Go Paperless box and then click Confirm.

    The new CSR portal provides a secure way for customers and providers to securely send messages to WPS representatives. To access this functionality, click the Customer Service Rep Admin drop-down and then Secure Messages.
