The HOA would like to make a few requests of the residents here in Chandler Creek in light of some incidents that have occurred this summer and in recent months.

First, please respect and follow the posted rules for the pool/park area, tennis courts and other amenities. These rules are in place to protect residents and guests from harm and to protect community property from damages. If you need reminders of what the rules are, they may be found at:

http://community.associawebsites.com/sites/ChandlerCreekHOA/Pages/Amenities.aspx

If you see or notice someone behaving in a manner that is against the posted rules of the community or who damages HOA property (even if in an accident) please report it immediately to the management company, Alliance Association Management, at (512) 347-2888. We can only fix the things we know about. This year has been a costly one for the HOA with repairing damages, and we certainly prefer that those who cause property damage are held accountable so that the cost of repairs do not have to come out of the HOA dues.

Additionally, if there is a mechanical breakdown or other type of failure of any community property the HOA wants to be notified as soon as possible so that the problem can be fixed and our residents may enjoy our amenities. Some examples would include: broken/non-working toilets at the pool, damaged underwater pool lights, shredded vegetation due to automobile accidents, non-working water fountains, etc.

The HOA wants all residents and guests to be able to enjoy our community comfortably and safely.

No-Bake CheesecakeIt is still hot so hot out there, that I really hate to turn on

the oven! That being said, there are still times that a quick and yummy dessert is needed for a potluck, shower, or family get together. This easy cheesecake recipe is a winner and can be changed to suit different tastes.

•8 oz cream cheese, softened(Do not use low-fat or no-fat cream cheese)•1 small can sweetened condensed milk•1 tsp vanilla•1/3 cup lemon juice (I use less)•1 9-inch graham cracker crust•Fruit pie filling (for topping) (I like cherry)

DIRECTIONS:

In medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.Add in the sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust, chill 2 hours. Top with fruit topping after chilling.
